Incompetent management
I've lived here both between 2016-2018 and 2019-2022. The previous management was great, but the current property manager Brittany is incredibly incompetent and rude. Our basement flooded every time there was a large amount of precipitation and it was never fixed despite our attempts to contact them many times. Currently she is trying to blame us for not "contacting them again about this issue" when they failed to communicate with the maintenance team and forgot to follow up with the issue and... refusing to reply to our emails with any solution. If you are ever even considering this place, arrange a viewing after a rainfall to see if your basement floods, or just ask them about it. They will most likely lie and say the basement gets a little wet but not bad, like our viewing agent did (our basement was basically unusable).
