Would not rent here again.
I've lived here for a year now, and I wouldn't rent here again. Buyer beware, you will be paying $75 in mandatory hidden fees PER MONTH once you move in, not including utilities. Ask them about Luxor package room fee ($5), Valet trash services that rarely even comes around ($25), pest control fee ($5), Admin fee ($5), and water reimbursement fee ($35) all of which you will pay monthly whether or not you use these services. They have the audacity to raise these fees annually too. Utilities are... also expensive as the apartments are very poorly insulated. Management will raise your rent and are not willing to negotiate at all (which is why they currently have so many empty apartments). The walls are not sound proof in the slightest, you will hear every movement and pinprick form your neighbors. Maintenance is very inexperienced, they provide temporary or otherwise poor solutions to problems. They are responsive, though, to be fair. Management sucks at communicating. They notified us that an Xfinity contractor would be entering our apartments during a specific time to perform maintenance on the internet ports. The contractor came in at a completely different time a week later and without permission, destroying my laptop charger in the process. When I notified management, they just shrugged and offered a superficial apology. Within the last year, my apartment has also flooded (which they offered a $150 concession for damages in all fairness). The front gates are always being rammed by people so are never actually functional. Overall, poor experience and I would not live here again.
