Eastland is the best!

I submitted a maintenance request for my disposal not working this past Monday. Andy came the very next day and got it working in minutes! He even told me a trick to keep it running smoothly. The front office staff is great, super responsive maintenance team and an awesome manager. Eastland has been a great place to live.

Great apartment experience

We have been living here for almost a year now and renewing our lease. We really love it here and the staff in the leasing office is very helpful. Great starter apartment for us

Excellent place to stay

This has been a great place for me to stay. Aaron the manager is a very nice person and so caring too. The environment is so safe and friendly with friendly people too. Overall, this is an excellent place that I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Grand rapids.

Maintenance issue

I had a plumbing issue in the shower/bath. Andy the maintenance guy was not only very professional but patient. Due to personal issues I had to reschedule the appointment 3 times. The issue was resolved. Andy is the best! Thank you Andy and all of the Staff from Aaron, Natalie, Katherine, Taylor and everyone else who works so hard to make this a great place to live. God bless all of you
