Could have better staff
Since the apartment complex is new most of the actual features are great. However I don’t know what the office actually does, they do not take noise complaints seriously if I’m still dealing with partying neighbors after 5 complaints. The maintenance manager takes days to fill the tiniest request (2-5min requests) and is only seen driving in a golf cart and smoking. However the other maintenance guy, Fredrick, does an awesome job and has a quick response times and is friendly to the neighbors.
I... know the complex itself is new but this shouldn’t be the staffs first time in a job like this.
