Great place to live
I was one of the first few residents to move in before the first building was even open yet and it's been really awesome watching The District fill up. The majority of residents seem to be twenty and thirty year old young professionals or college students but there are older residents with families too. Everyone is very respectful and very nice. The staff are very receptive and quick to take care of any issues you may have. There is a room you can rent out for group gatherings that has air... hockey, shuffle board, and a full kitchen and it seems to have something going on every weekend which is super sweet. The outdoor area have very nice grills, chairs and tables and bean bag toss. This place is really sweet. If you want the uptown vibe without the craziness of uptown or just a sweet place to live in Bloomington then this is the place for you.
