Gatsby Apartments

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience here. Management is welcoming and accommodating and the amenities are up to date. The location is convenient and with the security offered here we feel quite safe. We would highly recommend renting here.

I highly recommend Gatsby! I've lived in numerous apartments, and fortunately my last two apartments were my best experiences. The leadership of Mason, Toby, Julia, TC made Gatsby by far my best apartment experience. They're all very cordial, supportive, positive, treat you as a human being.

For minority transplants, Minnesota (particularly downtown Minneapolis) is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby... management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts?

The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year. Lee mas

I love living at the gatsby. The leasing team is awesome!!! I will definitely be renewing my lease. The community events are absolutely fun. The apartment complex itself is very clean and upscale.
