Good enough
The good:
Building was almost always quiet with decent gym and laundry areas, there was convenient public transit nearby (including the metro and several major bus lines), and near multiple grocery stores (Target, Trader Joe's).
The bad:
My car was broken into in the paid lot less than a month after moving in. The building manager was often hard to get in contact with, needing to be called multiple times over several days to get a response, and then being hurried and having an attitude when you... can finally get his attention. In addition, even for a studio apartment, it's a small place and you have to get used to sirens from the Hennepin County Medical Center right next door.
Overall, if you're a broke graduate student who really just needs a place to sleep and will be out of the house all the time, this place works for a year or two. However, if you can afford anything nicer, I would recommend that instead.
