A perfect place to call home
I transitioned from a four bedroom home to a one bedroom apartment and was nervous about adjusting to apartment life. The View made the transition painless. I felt at home the first week living here. Everything is new and clean. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Neutral carpet and paint, dark kitchen cabinets, and lots and lots of storage. The staff here is wonderful and extremely helpful. What I like most about The View is they are very pet friendly. I have two dogs and they tug... at the leash to greet Mario, Kerstin, and Ashley when they see them.
The hallways are wide, well-lit and air conditioned in the summer, which is a nice feature, especially if you have a particularly long walk down the hallway to your apartment. An assigned heated underground parking spot comes with the rent and it is one of the nicest and well-lit garages I've ever seen. The parking spots are wide so you don't have to worry about your neighbor dinging your car door. The building is very secure. You need a fob to enter the lobby or to get to the elevators from the garage. The premises are well-lot also. I've taken my dogs out in the middle of the night and have felt extremely safe. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Pet owners are responsible and always pick up after their dogs. The balconies are deep and the back side of the complex overlooks Long Lake. What a beautiful view. I looked at several apartments before deciding on The View at Long Lake and I don't regret my decision. In fact, I'm looking forward to renewing my lease for next year. You really need to check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
