I've had better...

This has been a rollercoaster in the past year, but let me hit the positives first. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Many utilities are included such as Water, Sewage, Trash, and Internet (Buy your own router for better speed). The units are open and have washer/dryer, along with decent appliances. Okay - so those were the good things.
Now for the bad. There is no central HVAC, rather it is baseboard and window AC’s. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer months without fans. There are no...
garbage disposals even though the wiring is there to support it. Garage spaces don’t feature any proper means to secure belongings. Noise between floors (Including the garage) is bad. Speaking of noise the washer is very noisy. No keyless entry other than the main entrance and garage door opener. Cheap vinyl flooring other than the bedrooms and living room. Lastly, 60 days is a bit extreme for notice to move out. Most places I’ve been require 30.
As for some minor details, the bathroom fan and lights are tied together so you can’t run one or the other. The range hood does not vent out of the unit, it just “filters’ and throws it back. And finally, the use of daylight bulbs rather than soft or bright white is yuck but that’s a personal preference.
If you are looking for public transit options, look elsewhere. Mostly a Rochester thing but still…

We... understand that transitions can be difficult, and we do our best to make the process as smooth as possible. In contrast to previous management, we require a written notice of intent to move out 30 days before the end of the lease term. Additionally, residents wishing to end their lease early with no penalty may do so using our program to have a licensed Black Swan real estate agent help them buy a home, so they may have 100% satisfaction with their living experience. In the apartment showing and move-in stages, our leasing team is diligent in their walkthrough of the unit, so all residents are familiar and comfortable with the features of the apartment (such as flooring, A/C units, keyed and keyless entry, light fixtures, and garage spaces). We are happy to provide water, sewer, trash removal, and internet, all so you can have the best possible renting experience. Thank you again for your feedback. Raised Rent with No Warning

I lived here for two years and had no problems at all, loved the price and everything that came with it. A new leasing company took over Fall/Winter 2021, and when it came time to resign my lease, they had raised my rent $200 with no warning and gave me only 60 days to decide if I was resigning or not. Very unprofessional and took days for maintenance to fix simple problems once the new company took over. I would have recommended in the past, but now I'm not sure if I would.

We know...
that transitions can be difficult, and we do our best to make the process as smooth as possible. Rent increases are an industry norm, to account for inflation and rising operating costs. Our rent increases are actually low compared to the national average, and we aim to keep it that way. We had hoped that 60 days notice was of benefit to you, as 30 days is the industry norm.

Our maintenance team works hard to respond to all maintenance requests and must prioritize each request based on the severity, and still addresses all requests in a timely manner.

In the meantime, we've made improvements to the building, including the addition of a dog park, new equipment in the gym, and resident events, all so you can have the best possible renting experience.
