Leasing agents are not responsive
We took a tour of the apartments and decided to get on the waiting list. All was fine at first until the leasing agent stopped responding. My husband called to get the move in fees because we had forgotten since the tour and they do not give any paperwork with the information. Two weeks later they still have not called back. I reached out yet again to see if we’re going to have units available for our move in date and to ask about the fees AGAIN. Now they have completely stopped responding.... These units are way too small and over priced for the landlord special renovations they did. Don’t waste your time here trying to get a simple response. This is the perfect definition of putting lipstick on a pig.
