Tenants last approach
Elevator issues (one has been out of service for 6 months), no communication on status, increase ancillary costs (parking/trash/pest control) without advance notice - only caught it in the new lease agreement. No response from corporate at all after several emails about the elevators and lease issues. They will be sure to contact me if rent is not paid. BBB complaint forthcoming
