I had an issue with the light inside my closet and I submitted a request and in less than 24 hours the maintenance man arrived to fix the flickering light. He was was professional and explained what the problem was.

Good experience here staying from last 2 years
Maintenance team is fab
They have lot of activities every month which is good for socialising and making new friends
Overall I feel few security cameras around the campus will make a big difference esp in holiday season when car theft increases
