i’ve been at this property for almost 2 years now and i love it! everyone that lives here is so kind and friendly, including the office team and maintenance guys! 10/10 def reccomend!

Been living here for 8 & 1/2 years so that basically says it all. It’s a great location convenient to all our needs. People in the community are friendly, the staff couldn’t be better and most importantly we feel safe.

It is a lovely place to live. I have told friends that they should look into getting an apartment here.

We've been living at Tryon Place for 8 years, which just about says it all. The location couldn't be better, the property is kept impeccable, prices are comparable to other complexes, maybe better, and our apartment layout is outstanding. The current staff is the best we've had and that's saying a lot as we've always had good people running the complex. The manager, assistant manager, leasing staff and maintenance team are top notch as they are always available to your needs and make you feel... well taken care of. The maintenance team, when called upon, are at your door, most times, the same day you put your service request in. You never have to have them back for a repeat fix as they always do the job right the first time. And if that's not enough, they are very personable, always have a smile on their face and make you feel like you are a valued tenant. The whole staff makes you feel like family. Lee mas

We love Tryon Place, truly the best apartment complex we've ever lived in. The apartment is in great condition and maintenance is super on top of any issues that come up. Common spaces are always updated and clean. We really like the community (especially because it's only a couple of buildings) and how many social events they have going on.
