Avoid- poor maintenance and customer service
Once a nice and affordable place to live, Greystar has taken over, raised the rent every year, reduced maintenance services to the point where now there are none and the units are in disrepair. The office is non responsive to emails and phone calls. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. There are better, nicer places in Chapel Hill for the same money.
