The property manager is very thoughtful and responds to any repairs/concerns about the property she manages that we are renting currently promptly. She is a wonderful property manager from a tenant's perspective. We have known her for the last 8 years and have had no issues whatsoever. We can recommend Serengeti Propertiesn LLC / Carter St. Townhomes to anyone looking to rent in the Madison NC area.

Awful apartments. They won’t fix anything. Filled with mold! Worst management I have ever encountered! You would be a fool to waste your money or your health living here! They are also under false pretenses. Fake management, leasing office, or owner.

repeat listen do not move in these apartments they have mildew and mold and they go buy a false name who owns them also we called a builder inspector and they said they had electricial problems and mildew and mold repeat do not live here they do not have good maintenance also. the apartment manager that supposed to charge you $500 charges what she wants do not move here you're close and valuable things will have mildew and mold on them.
