Very disappointing
This complex has really gone down hill in recent months. When we moved in our dryer was not working for the first 2 weeks we lived here. We were even paying extra to get a "newly renovated" unit. The paint needed to be redone as well within the first few weeks. Our air conditioner also went out within the first few months. Following that our breaker went out and took days to get it fixed so we had consistent power in our unit. Our ceiling was also peeling and had to be fixed twice. Our banister... on the porch was also dangerously loose and the wood was rotting. The repair consisted of a few nails. It is still not very secure. We have also had the same roof leak addressed and it continues to be an issue during storms. Most recently it took multiple maintenance requests for loose steps on our third floor apartment to be fixed. We spent over a month with steps that were dangerous to go down and had a small baby to navigate them with. Over all very disappointed.
