Inman Park Apartments is a hidden gem. The apartments are well kept and the layouts are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to downtown Raleigh with ease of access to 40, 440, and 540. The front office staff are courteous and responsive. The maintenance team are quick to address any concerns submitted. The common areas are kept clean and the grounds are always well maintained.

I have lived at Inman Park for about 2 1/2 years now and feel as good about living here now as I did when I moved in. The grounds are beautiful year round, the buildings are in great shape, the staff is easy to work with, the apartments are lovely. I enjoy the neighbors and feel safe here. The few problems I've reported have been dealt with quickly and professionally. If you are looking for a place, check us out!!

Beautiful neighborhood with mature trees. Great amenities with a salt water pool and clean, updated gym. Walkable and kid friendly. Staff are helpful and kind.

I just love my neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly, very active and generous. All watch out for each other.
So safe going out for a walk day or night. Very well lighted around all the buildings.

This is our 4th year living here and we love it. The neighbors, neighborhood, staff and maintenance are all great. It is a very dog friendly area and grocery stores and the mall are conveniently close.
