Alaris Village Apartamentos

the carpet was so gross when we moved in and they didn’t do anything about it. The cabinets are extremely water damaged and sometimes the AC smells mildewy. The walls are paper thin; I can hear conversations from my neighbors through the walls, although they are just reallllly loud people. Pretty sure something sketchy happened in the complex last week bc forensic evidence SUVs were parked in-front of a building where an ambulance and fire truck had been days before—wish they’d address that... instead of saying “there’s been an increase in car break ins therefore we will be keeping the gate closed 24/7 for the next week.” the gates have been broken for 80% of the time I’ve lived here. Maintenance is good now but they didn’t use to be. Living here is decent I guess but I wouldn’t have moved here if I would have looked at the unit before I moved in. Pay the same amount elsewhere for a better deal. Lee mas

I recently toured Alaris because my daughter is looking for a place near school (WFU). We thought the amenities and condition of the property were great. Thanks to Sandra for working in a last minute tour! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all our questions, which was really nice. I would definitely recommend checking out the complex.

Alaris has been my home now for 3 years. I am really impressed with how well kept the environment is and how pleasant and courteous the office staff is. I have found them to be very effective and receptive to your needs.

Alaris is a great place to stay, extremely quiet and lowkey. I had a roomate the first time I signed my lease and when I renewed it I got a one bedroom. Since I've lived here I have been taken care of. Great customer service and they are willing to work with you. Maintenance is really fast. They came the next day that I reported a problem!

Joann has been so kind and helpful in helping me find an apartment. So has everyone else in the main office that I have spoken to over the phone. I would recommend Alaris Village and I look forward to living there!
