I always get voice mail every time i call the office for a service request. most of the time with no response. My daughter usually has to come over and go to the office to make a service request for me since I am disabled.

Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The neighborhood is really nice and well maintained. Sometimes neighbors can be loud, but it's expected when living in apartments.
