To me it seems like a very nice and quiet place. Not far from schools. And also I like how was clothes right to the exit so I can go anywhere I need to go.

It’s peaceful most of the time. Maintenance is great and prompt. Residents don’t pick up behind their dogs and some leave trash in the breezeway.

It’s quiet, neighbors are nice. No issues at all. Never bump into neighbors, can’t hear the highway with being next to it. Enough parking in both sides of the building.

Overall great experience. I didn't do 5 starts because the apartment was really gross when I moved in (had to do a deep cleaning and put in several maintenance requests). Didn't put a lower rating because they worked with me on the dates to move in.

Maintenance is nice and so is the staff at the office.

They're also good about keeping us informed about policies and general reminders of rules (printed and places on a clippy next to the door).

Love the quiet neighborhood and how quickly service request get answered. The complex is never dirty and whenever the gate breaks it’s fixed within hours or next day.
