Love the quiet neighborhood and how quickly service request get answered. The complex is never dirty and whenever the gate breaks it’s fixed within hours or next day.

My overall experience here at Savannah Place has been good. I have been here for over nine years total, and I have only had a few issues, which have been primarily with the other tenants. We used to be a pretty nice, safe neighborhood, but we had drug handling in the first building I lived in, and it frightened me enough to make me want to move. Now, I won't be outside my apartment at night for long, and that is a pretty sad situation. Aside from that, the people in the office, need more help,... the respond to you, but they could have better timing, and the work that was done to get my apartment 'ready for me to "move in was ridiculous.
My bathroom has paint sloshed all around it and chipped in the fiberglass in the tub. One of the doors on the closets had a handle that just fell completey off, and the door to my patio storage wouldn't open at all.

Very pleased with the management staff and condition of the complex. Having a gated community makes me feel so safe and I love all the amenities available to us.

Overall a decent place to live. I wish they would pressure wash the stairwells for all the cobwebs like they did in the past. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.

Been here a couple years. Area is good. Getting very congested and over populated in this area. The community here is nice. Wish the company got more involved in doing things with and for the residents. Rent is over priced for what it is. Apartment is outdated. We feel safe here, the gate system isn’t the greatest and not really effective.
