Avoid Amelia Village
Avoid the headache and look elsewhere. The townhomes might look nice in photos, but they're far from the "luxury" advertised. Built with low-end materials and appliances, they fall short in many ways.
In the first few months of our stay, the windows leaked every time it rained, and the front door was so poorly installed that we could barely close it. We had to threaten to withhold rent just to get them to fix it. Our oven had a mind of its own, randomly switching to the broil setting for a... period of several weeks, and management didn't seem to care about the potential hazard.
Fire alarms malfunctioned regularly, and despite keeping a very tidy home we were regularly visited by ants. Avoid the trouble and find a place that truly values quality and safety.
