The Greens at Pembroke Townhomes

The rents on these units are significantly high than other rentals in this area, but the quality of the rental units themselves and the management is superior. Having rented in the greater Washington, D.C area and (Manhattan) New York City, by comparison, these are well- designed, above average in quality and superbly managed rentals. We have lived here for more than one year and cannot overstate how well the owners and management team of The Greens have been to deal with. The owners invested... wisely in the construction of these units, going beyond what is found in comparable rentals in terms of use of space, workable floor plan designs and finishes inside and out. The onsite maintenance person could simply not be better in responding to and addressing any issues. All in all, a truly excellent value, and you do get all that you pay for here at The Greens! Don't get screwed by their promised move-in dates like we did. They waited until the day after we gave our current apartment our 60-day vacate notice to notify us that the construction schedule (that they were so certain of the day before) had slipped by at least two weeks. Now less than two weeks before our scheduled move-in it has been pushed back by at least another two weeks (now beyond the scheduled move-out date for our current apartment, despite initially scheduling a full month of... overlap).
