The Reserve Apartamentos

I have only been here a week, but so far, everything is good. I'm lucky that my neighbors are relatively quiet, except for the 3rd floor resident who walks very loudly, especially in the early hours of the morning, Some residents are more thoughtful than others.

Byron is an extremely helpful and friendly guy in the front office. He's attentive and is always ready to help. He made the move smooth and easy for me.

I love that this is a non-smoking community, although I did smell someone smoking... close to the apartment when I moved in, but I haven't smelled anything since. Lee mas

Great floor plan. Large rooms. Plenty of storage. Unclean entryway. No sound proofing between apartments floors.

I've had the best living experience here at Camenon! Whenever something needs fixing, they get it done in just one day—never longer. The community is friendly, clean, and quiet. They go above and beyond with communication, not only sending an email notice but also putting a printed notice on my door to keep me informed. It's truly the perfect place to live!

I like living in The Reserve very much.
The gardens, the plants, the environment in general is superb!
My view is just awesome!
The place is quiet and well maintained, in general.

I think that it is a nice quiet place to live until you have to deal with maintenance. The reserve does not fix anything within a week of the service request, and it could take them longer than a month depending on what it is that you need fixed.
