Absolutely recommend living here

For one I needed an apartment complex that had a spacious garage which this definitely does. I am a bachelor and even though there are families that live here I have a large apartment with a great spacious place. Tons of room to store all my man cave stuff and the garage was a necessity for me so I would recommend living here any day of the week!

Disappointed

Very disappointed with this place! Theres a new manager that started and she's unsociable not quite sure what she does. and not like the old manager. The office closes at 5 now and most times it is closed prior to 5. There is no communication! rates goes up and the service goes down. The grounds look awful and nothing ever works. I thought this was a good home to stay at but the short time I've been here is disappointing lately. Should not be just a number to anyone!

Best Apartments in the Vegas Valley

My wife and I moved in June 2018, and we love this place. These apartments feel more like townhouses with the attached garages. The majority have 2 or 4 car garages, which was a deal changer for us since we moved to Vegas from a 3,100 sqft home, so instead of having an apartment and a storage unit, we were able to fit our things comfortably between the apartment (about 1,250 sqft) and garage. Our car still fits in the garage as well, and we haven't had a single dead battery since we've lived... here.

The gas stove is great. The other apartments we stayed at had electric stoves, and god were those bad. It's nice to be able to boil water in like 5 or so minutes and not have to wait 20 minutes for it to just start simmering. The dryer is a bit meh. Any cycle that is lower than normal seems to do nothing, but the washer is fine. The tankless water heaters are iffy. They take a little too long to heat the water, and once its heated, it is usually borderline too hot. My wife likes hot showers and doesn't mind this, but when I would come back from the fitness center, I'd want to take a cool shower and this seemed harder to do than it should of been.

Maintenance and office staff are friendly to you even after you move in. One problem we had at the other apartment communities we lived at where the staff trying to exceed your expectations to get you to sign a lease, but once you do sign, they couldn't care what happened to you and wouldn't even return a wave or hello.

The walkscore for this place isn't great, but if you are able to afford these, then you should have some kind of vehicle. Walgreens and Starbucks are probably the only places I'd attempt to walk to from here, but I have a bad knee so take that as you will. These are close to Stephanie St, which has basically everything you need down it. Closest grocery store would be Albertsons, but WinCo is about 1 or 2 minutes further down the road, and a Walmart Grocery store is about a minute away from that. You have just about every major food chain around you (ironically, I think McDonald's is the furthest away from us, maybe a 7-8 minute drive, across from Galleria Mall). You are about the same drive away from your department stores like Kohl's, JC Penny, Target, Walmart (not just the grocery store), CostCo, and more.

New resident - we love our new home

Just moved in this past month. Fell in love with One60 during our search. Spacious apartment with upgraded appliance's, hardwood floors and beautiful kitchen. Attached garage is a great plus. Property Manager Krystine and Riley have been great. We love our new home!

LOVE THIS PLACE!

Absolutely have been treated with the best customer service. The staff especially the Property Manager Kristyne makes you feel like you belong. This is home and I was initialed worried because of the construction review. Not sure what that person is talking about. The Manager walks the property all the time making sure everything is well cared for and no issues. Lots of choices out there and i would never choose any place else!
