Great place to live. Great staff!

I've lived here for almost a year, and it's been a great place to live. Mario and Miguel are so quick to fix any thing that breaks and stays on top of things before they can break. Marshall, Morgen, and Angela are so professional, caring, and proactive. I will continue to live at an AMC property due to how amazing their teams treat the residents.

Beware

I moved here and the management was able to get me in on short notice, 1 week. While the partment needed a few minor repairs, they have been working on it and I have only been here 5 days. I lost my job and must leave next week. AMC Management, Suzy (in the office here) and 20 fiftyone apartments showed me compassion and did not financially gouge me. I would recommend them in the future. Thanks for being kind.

Terrible maintenance

I visited on Friday to find a 2 bed room apartment that's available by end of June. A staff of leasing office said, only one unit is available from July 1st.
I asked her to make it available by 6/30, and she asked to a maintenance guy to finish it by 6/29 and he accepted.
Therefore, we provided security deposit and application fee total $355.
Our application was approved and she promised that the unit is ready by 6/30
On the day we had a call from leasing office as the unit was already...
transferred to another resident and no unit is available.
Next day, I visited the office to get the refund the money we paid.
Only Another staff was there and she said, only the manager can do that but she was not there.
I was told as come back next day, she can keep it and refund it to me.
I visited next day again, she was not there and another staff was there.
I asked the refund but she said, application fee is not refundable and it takes 2 weeks to refund it even if it's their fault.
It took already 3 weeks but we haven't received the refund yet and no response from the apartment.

Excellent Management and Property

I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The maintenance guys (Charles and Steve) are amazing and get work orders done in a timely manner. The property manager (Susie) is really friendly, approachable, and always helpful. The leasing agent (Destiny) is always nice and helpful. Overall there’s a really great team in the office and I’ve had no issues with my apartment. The complex is also pretty quiet at night too!

Brittnae Pines Apartments

Ive lived at this complex for almost 1 year now. The Apartments are a good size. They have 1 to 3 bedrooms available. All apartments have a washer/dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge, and stove. When I first moved in I had a problem with the Washer. I reported it to the office and they had maintenance over right away to fix it. This being Las Vegas everywhere has a problem with roaches, this complex is no different. They do however provide on request free pest control. The apartments arent really infested... . Maybe one or two at most ever in the apartment. The pool and hot tub are maintained. The fitness center needs a little work. The grounds are kept clean. I see no reason for the security gate as it doesnt really keep anyone out as cars will wait for others to open the gate or come in through the out gate. They do have a part time courtesy patrol. Office staff are friendly and helpful. This is family ran by local people. Prices are relatively good I pay $780 a month for my two bedroom. No criminal activity inside the complex as far as I have seen and noise isnt bad, occasional loud music but that usually stops by 10 pm.
