terrible professionalism
Management has terrible communication and follow up. I reached out regarding an apartment I am well qualified for and was denied based off income. I politely disputed the claim with my paystubs and the office claimed they would help me and never returned any emails. They wouldn’t return any call despite promises and they wouldn’t even give me their managers name when i got tired of the run around and wanted to my application reevaluated after they verbally agreed i do exceed the minimum... requirements for income and said they would fix my application on my behalf. Did they fix it? No i get a second denial letter based off income. Mind you i have no evictions or negative debt as confirmed by my credit report. I proceed to call them to alert them of the error and again i get empty promises to follow up so i have several times while at work because they cant keep their word. Now the unit I requested is gone. Listen to the reviews on this one they were spot on.
