Bad quality of living
There are “emergency water shut offs” every couple of months and they do not give a 24 hour notice. It’s affecting my work and living quality. We have lived here for years and have watched every unit around us get renovated with updated blinds etc. we have not had any updates nor can we even get maintenance over to fix our bathtub that consistently leaks water (when the water is actually turned on and working). It’s a horrible experience getting ready to get in the shower or brush your teeth and... you realize the water is shut off for the next 8 hours.
