Very disappointing!
I've been at RED ROCK VILLAS for over six months and it has been a huge disappointment.! Just :after my move in I contacted the person in the leasing office and told her that my gate fob was not working. I was told that "the software is down and I can't reprogram it right now." Then, the health department shut the pool down and it was several months before it opened. Then the fitness closed for remodeling (in the middle of the summer...not great timing:-( And so, it's been six months and still... no gate fob and still no fitness center. I understand that issues arise in the area of property management however, there is no follow through on the part of the management and very poor responsiveness to residents' concerns. This is not the type of customer service that I would expect at this cost of rental. In short, please reconsider if you are thinking of moving to this property or any of the Olen managed properties!
