FPI /KEYWAY THE WORST!! MISLEADING ABOUT EVERYTHING

Where to begin,,, Water leaking out of electrical systems in ceilings and hallways causing the ENTIRE BUILDING fire alarms to go off for hours. NO EXAGGERATIN
Fire department said they have responded to same issue for 2 years still no resolution from management, (They called FPI MANAGEMENT KEYWAY APT immature and irresponsible) that's just building 4!!!! entrance gates rarely work(if they give you your card/code, which we still haven't received ours since August) either stuck open or stuck...
closed. Homeless sleeping in the laundry rooms which are supposed to be locked, hence the reason tenants have access keys provided. Constant theft around property, siphoning people's gas, popping tires, stealing from inside the vehicles. ECT..
The property has had 4 owners in a couple years. They haven't finished "renovatios" because simply put by Brittany the manager "The owner will not finish the rest of the remodels due to running out of money"!
None of the apartments that I have visited are weather proofed very well. Holes in windows, weather stripping peeling or just absent, floorboard (radiator heaters) that you can't get to turn on or off, have been painted over to the point of zero markings to tell you the temp or on or off positions. (I have almost 200 pictures, and several videos of what this review is implying) Things like no building permits to build "DOG WASH Building" which hasn't been usable SINCE it was built! FPI/KEYWAY have been told on several occasions, by several tenants of different buildings that they are researching getting legal assistance with these disgusting disregards to rights as tenants and as Nevada residents.
PLEASE LOOK WITH CLEAR EYES HERE AND PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR RIGHTS!

Don’t move here


Waaaay overpriced and ghetto asf and they set you up to not get your security deposit back via installing things wrong (every single one of my doors fell off). Also making me vacate by the 3rd of the month, but making me pay rent through the 21st even though I won’t be allowed into the apartment because it’s being used for showings. The heat and ac never worked, ac won’t turn on and heat doesn’t turn off, water pressure is nonexistent, spider infestations are awful, and I had to fix some broken...
things on the property myself because they said even if it happened and they knew about it months before the lease was up, if they didn’t repair it by the time I was out I don’t get the deposit back. :)

Don’t Live here

Very old water pipes that will burst overtime , trust me the plumbers told me that all this apartments are in horrible condition.
Had my motorcycle stolen because they don’t have the gates closed.
They overcharged my rent.
Please don’t live here it will save you the headache.
Glad am leaving this dumb soon :D!

Ask clearly and Check the lease Make sure there are no other expenses.

1. Bills other than water and trash charges per month

2. The entrance door is open all the time.
When notified to the staff
He replied to me that In progress, will be repaired
From the first day I came to live in this apartment
Until today, for up to 4 months.

3 Broken elevator door handle
The door knob of the laundry room is distorted.
And difficult to open, unable to unlock the key
