Chateau Rive Apartments

Lived at the Chateau for many years. The apartment was unique--it had three towering "church" windows--one in the living room and one in each bedroom. I converted one of the bedrooms into a formal dining room because I host a lot of gatherings. All visitors marveled at how "cool" and unusual the unit and building is compared to your standard "cookie cutter" apartments on the market elsewhere. If you're looking for something brand new and bland, this is not the place for you. If you want to live... somewhere that isn't ordinary, the Chateau definitely fits the bill. Lee mas

No heat for days now in frigid temperatures, laundry facilities are terrible, old and dirty and takes your quarters then resets. You will not get reimbursed. Constant water outages. Filthy carpeting, damaged dry wall and exposed pipes from massive leaks. Horrible overgrowth of foliage. Need I say more?
