A WORD TO THE WISE
A 1-star rating is 1-star too many. Without getting into details (I could go on for days), here are a few words of warning.
1) Get it in writing when the office claims "the carpet is replaced with each new tenant." Sounds great at move-in, but when you move-out they will charge you for a carpet replacement if they see one hint of a stain. Hmm..
2) During your move-out, be your own advocate & demand that you be present for the final walk thru. We were unable to sign off on our final walk... through inspection, since we were not given notice it was happening. Interesting..
3) No security deposit promotion? Expect a few outragous, unfair charges at move out.
I hope this review is constructive in a way that it helps current and potential residents (who like us, keep the place spotless and always paid on time) from avoiding the mess they have caused us.
