Its alright
3.5/5 for me
I lived in one of the upstairs studio apartments from Nov 2023 to Oct 2024.
The unit I moved into was recently renovated, so it was a pleasant living experience overall. The kitchen area is small and has a gas oven. So, the apartment will get very hot if you cook or bake anything for an extended period of time (especially in the warmer seasons).
I didn't experience any pests in the apartment except for fruit flies in the warmer season. Despite the property allowing pets and... plenty of tenants with dogs, there was almost no loud barking in the apartment lived in.
I didn't have to make too many maintenance issues. Maintenance is easy to reach and usually has repairs done within 24 hours. The only times I needed to call maintenance were for a leaky sink and to install an A/C window unit(the A/C addition didn't cost me anything; they just forgot to install it when they did renovations.)
The community laundry room was a nice bonus. It's cheaper than the other laundromats in Bowling Green and will save you a few bucks(no harm to any of my clothes, either). The common area is nice, but it's annoying that it can only be opened on the west side, and I had to walk all the way around the building to enjoy the patio and common area. Also, the common area and patio should be 24 hr and closed up around 7pm when I lived there.
Denizen Management, the company that owns the property, is extremely money-hungry, so be aware. I had to leave because they increased my rent by $ $100, which is insane.
If you are a student looking for housing, there are cheaper options and better options if you want to live alone or in a studio. It's a nice apartment complex if you are a non-student, though.
