Colonial East Apartments

Im 27 and this living experience has been my worst. BIG roach problem. Luckily in the past 6 months or so, not so much. Maybe its getting better but ive NEVER had roaches before in my life. This place is that gross. Neighbors suck; always want to park their cars in front of the doors or in the driveway entry sections and leave their cars there.

Washers and dryers never work. You’ll be lucky if you only have to dry and wash twice EACH because the dryers wont dry and the washers fill up with... water and never drain.

They removed our door to our AC so that it wouldnt function because they ASSUMED it was causing a leak into our downstairs neighbors apartment. Turns out, it wasnt. It was so hot in the bedroom that we had to move into the living room for a few weeks.

The office ladies are old catty individuals who dont care about you. Maybe when theyre in a good mood that day, youll feel welcome but dont hold your breathe. This isnt even the half of it. Want dirt cheap rent? Best place in town. But what a liveable experience? Just not worth it. RUN! Lee mas

I have lived here since 1993 and I consider this my home. The complex has gone through some rough time but that is because of bad management. They are no longer here and now we have two amazing and professional women Jo Apt. Mgr. and Jean Asst. Mgr. operating Colonial East. And Tim our Maints. man knows how to do anything and everything. He is very trustworthy. and when he finishes a job you can rest assured it is completed. A nd the ladies in the office try to make all the residents happy... and secure. Our outside lighting system is excellent and so safe thanks to our management team. I am no longer ashamed of smelly hall carpets and our sidewalks between bldgs. are finished. Good job guys. Lee mas
