If i could leave a (-) amount of stars i would. First of all its the worst place in the city to live, 3/4 of crime arnt reported bc its mostly drug related and addicts dont want their source to go away, security is a loose term but they double dip and are getting paid by dope boys so again, do nothing. I was placed here by CHN, never given an option. My gas bill went to the office for a few months on accident, but was never told till disconnection and i still owe $600 bc they couldnt b bothered... to let me know. I have black mold, mice, roaches, and squatters in mt building. So ifbu care abiut urself....dont live there.

can’t even get a hold of management

I’ve driven hours away to drop off my application and admin fee, set an appointment time, then the PM just went Mia. No answer, and you can’t apply online either. How it starts is how it end. No thanks

Great place to get started

We moved here in August of 2019, and the process was very smooth. Once we moved in we notice NO address numbers on the building however our unit was very nice. Our tenants are quiet and asking maintenance to repair stuff is quick and ??. One small issues NO LIGHTING outside the building on E Livingston.

Roaches crackheads and drug dealers !!! Oh and mice ! They don’t care will give you a unit with roaches and promise to treat it

This place is terrible. On July 21, 2019, 2 people were shot over some kids arguing and I've seen someone car gets hit and the other person ran off. someone has gotten maced over here and people in here are theifs. I've watched two people steal from Family Dollar and run to the complexes. also, some kids used the fire hydrant as a slip & slide. i do not recommend to live here especially with kids.
