HORRIBLE
This property ONLY cares about their money and not the residnet’s experience. When we moved into our “fully renovated” unit there was SO MANY things wrong..tile wasn’t attached to the floor, fridge was lopsided and creating a dent in the wall, no hot water once so ever..just a hot mess. Everything was down hill from there. The management team is not knowledgeable about anything, they say can I get back to you for every little question or send you to the property manager who’s never there. When... they did our move out inspection they said we’d be charged for $1800 for “damaged flooring” we had to reach out many times to get a second opinion and even then the property manager didn’t come. Once another person came they did a walk through and said they had no idea what damaged flooring maintenance was talking about..oopsie. Just so unprofessional. They never even apologized for the mix up. The pool was closed many times over the summer. When we did move out they charged us for “patio clean up” which we were very confused considering we’ve never been out back. And they said we were responsible for the gardening back there..like pulling weeds.. I seriously couldn’t not recommend this community more.
