Just Ok
Good things: The largest apartments you can get in this area for the price range. Management is friendly and helpful.
Bad things: They allow dogs but are not really dog friendly. The walls are paper thin so if your dog barks or runs around at all inside you will likely get a noise complaint. Also there is nowhere nice to walk around with them outside.
If you live in a unit near the shopping center you will hear alarms constantly.
Also they have a serious bug problem. They have been trying to... manage it with cleanliness inspections and spraying but it’s so bad I think they’re going to have to empty the building and fumigate it cause nothing else is helping.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you aren't as happy as we would hope. We love your furry friends and we understand they sometimes bark and play. We take every noise compliant seriously... and apologize if any notices made you, or your furry friend feel as if they were not welcomed to our community. We give noise letters to any and all residents when we hear of any complaint to simply remind residents that another home surrounding your area considers the noise to be a disturbance to their enjoyment and peaceful living. We offer a multitude of services at Eastpointe Ridge - including pest control. Pest control is per your request, so if you are seeing any unwanted guests - please let us know and we will treat your home. If we have previously treated your home and you are still having issues, please let us know. Please reach out to us directly at the office or via email at rer@dietzpropertygroup.com if you would like to give us suggestions on how we can better our community.
