This place has gone downhill since since I moved in. I was one of the first residents to move into this small community.
You pay fees for things you no longer get, the gym has broken equipment, no water to drink, guest wifi has stopped working, the office does not answer emails. This place is 3 years old, this is the Third Property mgmt co. Last summer the pool was broken more than you could swim in it. It was green and scummy alot

Hi there, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We regret that you've had a negative experience thus far, and would like the opportunity to provide clarification on some of your concerns:
1) The reported elliptical is scheduled to... be inspected this week, we apologize for the delay in this as our vendor's schedule was booked and this was the soonest they could stop out. We will do our best to have this back up and repaired in no time! Please feel free to use the 2nd elliptical machine in the meantime.
2) We are scheduled to have a bottle filling/water fountain station installed in the gym this year!
3) AT&T is working on the guest wifi issue, they said they will have someone stopping out this week as well.
4) Dietz Property Group is the second company to manage Alder Park! The original builder/company, Preferred Living, was the only other company to manage our location.
5) We apologize about the pool issues, as our team took over in the midst of them. We were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and fix the issue over the winter season while it was closed. The pool pump has been replaced and we should be smooth sailing in the 2025 season!
Again - thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. The only thing we are waiting on at this moment (for most of the issues mentioned) is time! Vendors are usually not as quick as we'd like them to be, so we do apologize for the delays. We will continue to strive to get all of these problems resolved as quickly as possible!
