Terrible money hungry apartments

I wouldn't move here if I were you. Very overpriced. They charge you for Amenities every month, such as the pool, the workout area. They charge you a "trash fee" every month yet you have to physically take your trash to the back of the parking lot. They charge you a "pest fee" every month but have only came to spray once in 2 years at my request. They charge you for water usage. So basically nothing is included. So you're basically paying house fees for an APARTMENT. This management is money... hungry. You also can put in a maintenance order and they don't come. If you like living with silver fish and spiders come join us today.

Do not move

Way overpriced for crappy, not cleaned apartments. The leasing office is never available even for important matters like rent. Maintence never comes. It’s truly been a horrible experience. Over charged my rent for months despite the lease stating what the rent was.
Amenities are rarely available.

Do Not Move Here

They don’t keep the keypads fixed and strange people walk into the buildings. It’s happened more than four times, that we know of. My husband literally had to fight someone out of the building. They are always adding extra fees. They don’t do anything about people not picking up after their dogs. Our monthly bill hasn’t been correct for over a year. Business hours are terrible. Be careful if you choose to move here.

Friendly staff, quiet tenants, quality apartments

I enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anybody looking for a nice place to live. This was actually my first apartment and I was very nervous about it. When we first toured the model apartment my first though was, there's no way they all look this nice. When I was able to see my apartment for the first time I was definitely impressed. It was actually as nice as the model. The tenants were very quiet and the whole complex seems quiet. The only downside I can think of is the railroad... tracks directly behind the apartment buildings. I got used to the train quickly. It wasn't that loud (I'm a fairly light sleeper). The staff was very nice and helpful and the maintenance department is really on top of their game. I only had one small issue and once it was reported, the maintenance guys were there the next day to fix it. The pool is a nice touch for the summer time and it was kept very clean. While I can't speak for all of the apartments because I only saw the inside of mine, the apartment seemed huge and the rent was definitely reasonable for an apartment that size. 10/10 I would recommend!

I love this place!

I am a current resident and love it here. The apartments are very large. I have my own garage and my master bedroom closet is large enouge to be a childs bedroom! The ladies are the front desk are amazing and make things happen quick! I will say there are lots of annoying rules ( no reverse in parking, etc) but overall is worth the money in my eyes. Also the people who live here seem to be pretty friendly. No one really swims at the pool half the time so its nice to not have to share it all the... time.
