Was so excited to move into these apartments. It was my first apartment alone. Things were great, but quickly turned sour the first couple months they were very quick with all work orders, but slowly started to lack urgency with maintenance request noticed some roaches in the first couple of weeks had Maintenance come and spray multiple times, but had roaches for the full 12 months while I was there if you live in a downstairs unit know that you will hear all footsteps and creaking from upstairs... units very loudly ever since move out I’ve had trouble getting the return of my security deposit left the apartment in pristine condition, and still have had lots of trouble with the return of the deposit, the apartments themselves are remodeled and beautiful, but the management lacked professionalism below
