Scammy place
!WARNING!
I moved in the middle of the month, signed the lease saying I would have to pay half of months rent since I would only be staying for the last half of the month. Then received a message saying “oh no, turns out you get half off of Februarys rent instead.”
Not what the lease said but whatever. When I moved in the apt the pipes were frozen and I had to thaw them out, which caused more leaks and damage to my stuff. The maintenance didn’t even clean up the water, just left my floor... flooded.
What really takes the cake is them losing my apt keys, then trying to make ME pay to replace the key THEY lost. I had to bring my key up there so they could make a copy, then they try to pull that.
The maintenance is a JOKE. I told them multiple times my AC was not working and leaking. Which took over 2 weeks to fix. Causing damage to the tile in the apt, WHICH THEY CHARGED ME FOR WHEN I MOVED OUT. Claiming I “trashed the place.” The place is trash when you move in and they will try and tag every bit of their negligence on you.
Pest control INTENTIONALLY sprays food even when separated and placed under blankets to protect from spraying.
