Horrible application experience.
By far the worst application experience I have ever been through.
All of their phone and email systems are automated and it's impossible to actually speak to anyone at the apartments without calling 3 times in a row.
Over 20 emails over the course of a month, not a single response beyond look at our website, even though the website says speak to a representative. A dozen voicemails left and zero reply. Forced to sign up for an account on their application site that no one actually updates....
When you complete an application you are sent to a random website without any instructions beyond "enter you're bank account number, enter your banking password"
Absolutely disgusting and infuriating process. Waste of hours of time and all the application fees.
These people and this company an absolute joke.
