Heatherbrae Apartamentos

Overall my experience here is good as long as I don't include the first month living here. A relative stopped by to see our new apartment on his way home to Tillamook. He finished up a job and on his way home stopped to say hello and see our apartment. During his visit my husband and my relative went down to the store, my husband drove. Upon their return after about 20-25 minutes they noticed that my relatives vehicle was no longer parked where he parked it. It had been stolen. In his vehicle... were all his work tools and equipment. That's when I realized the complex has zero security cameras. This is a big complex and there is only 1 garbage compactor here. It's always full and garbage laying outside of it. The office people are rude when discussing issues at hand with other tenants i.e. a complaint which is absolutely NOT true, yet taking sides with the tenants that have been here longer...SMH, makes no sense. They go ahead and make the complaint file ready when it should be thrown out the window. There are NO ceiling fans in these apartments! So if you don't have you're own,... prepare to melt in the summer months. Lee mas

I've been living here in Heatherbrae for over 4 years now. Overall, the community is accessible, and conveniently located to shopping and other amenities.

So far, so good!

For a large community as Heatherbrae, the amount of neighbor interactions my family and I have experienced, is far better than we expected! This is truly a wonderful community.

The neighborhood is a very quiet, nice respectful community. Great amenities that includes a pool, hot tub and fitness center and a beautiful atmosphere. Lots of Storage space and spacious.
