ReNew at Cornell Apartamentos

The office staff has been great. Maintenance was fantastic til I noticed a break in the fence which was allowing people from the neighboring apartment to come onto the property, smoke fentanyl, leave drug paraphernalia (still there), and was told if I want privacy I should buy a home by victor. What I expect is maintenance to be ok with performing maintenance tasks. What I expect is to get a response regarding no accessible parking in the back. What I expect is to see the security that’s... supposed to be here from 8-8 like I was told when we signed the lease. Lee mas

Oversold on property - would recommend checking your unit prior to lease signing. Was told about major renovations that were delaying availability and although some may be true, many things like basic upkeep are lacking; doors don't close all the way, baseboards in bathrooms stripping off walls, and seems they tried to put a coat of paint over everything to take away from the focus on the overall wear down of the property. Claims no smoking but I see tenants smoking on back porch almost daily.... Overall disappointed with what I feel I was promised. Lee mas

This is a nice community with quiet spaces and excellent service and attention, from employees that are always willing to attend to the needs or concern. we have been here for a short time but we already feel at home.

So far so good. Got a little frustrated during the move in but, it was during the holiday time so things happen. The apartments are beautifully laid out and have great amount of space!
