No one here cared
Called multiple times, no one from the leasing office ever answers at any point during the day. Submitted for a tour, we never received confirmation if we could tour or not. We just did an application thinking ok we'll ask questions when they reach out. No one EVER reached out. Went in person because we didn't hear back, was told "oh, yes we received your application, but our internet has been down all day". Ok, I understand, the gentleman told me a day or two if they need more from me, I'll... wait for contact about my application. The days passed and nothing. I called left messages and nothing. I finally wrote a 1 star review and they next day I get a call from someone at a sister property who "can help". By this point I was done, not even someone from the actual property had contacted us, we just canceled. They won't do a refund because my application was "screened" if that was true I would have received a response in a decent amount of time.
