I've been living here for about five months now, and it has been a great experience! The cleanliness of the entire complex is impressive, and the amenities are top-notch. As someone who works from home, I particularly appreciate the well-maintained fitness center and the various areas throughout the complex designed for remote work.

The staff's availability and responsiveness are remarkable. They promptly address any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free living experience. A... special shout-out to Kelly and Jerry and all the amazing staff! Y'all are truly great and have made my time here exceptional.

I have been living in many apartments throughout my life, and have moved to Berkeley Trace in 2019. I have never experienced such a nice community before. My neighbors are people that have dignity and respect for each other, and are friendly to chat with. Safe neighborhood. The management staff on site have been very helpful when I had a maintenance request. The maintenance team where on the issue within minutes of the issue being reported to them. Hi, I am a longtime resident at Berkeley Trace and all I can say is how blessed I have been to join this neighborhood. Everything has been smooth sailing from the day I moved in. When I had an issue with my sink, maintenance headed over right away! I feel safe in this neighborhood and I happen to find Berkeley Trace to be a nice friendly crowd as well! All I can say is that I’ve been blessed!

We’ve been here for a few years already, and just love the community. Everyone is super friendly. Also very well maintained grounds. I go on walks with my dog on all the pathways. My dog likes when I bring him to the state of the art dog park as well. My husband says we are not moving away from here… I guess time will tell lol

We have lived here for about a year and it has been great. We have a renovated unit and the updates are done well with quality materials. The community is quiet, clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The property manager, Philip, goes out of his way to make sure all maintenance requests are fulfilled and is always asking how the complex could be improved. Speaking of maintenance, I don't contact them often, but when I do someone is at my apartment quickly to address the issue. It has been a... solid experience so far. Lee mas
