Maintenance Team Upgrade!
I experienced a lack of hot water last week, and within an hour of being notified a work order was opened after I reached out, there was a knock at my door. Benito didn’t put a small bandaid on the issue and wipe his hands of it, he went above and beyond to try to mitigate it from happening in the future and ensured the appliances causing the issue were addressed and or replaced. I appreciated his transparency and kindness and I’m glad to see we finally have someone at the property who cares... about the well being of the people who live here.
