Beautiful Finishes, Great Managment!

I’m honestly so happy I made the move here! The location was the main reason I chose this place—it’s seriously perfect. Everything I need is right nearby—it makes life so much easier!

But what really blew me away was the management team. From day one, the leasing team has been incredible. They were super friendly, always available to answer my questions, and made the whole moving process feel like a breeze. It’s rare to find such a supportive and down-to-earth team, and I really appreciate how... much they genuinely care.

And my apartment? I’m in love with it! It’s the perfect size, super cozy, and the layout works so well for me. The whole place feels like home. Plus, the community itself is so quiet and well-kept—it really feels like a great place to live.

I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to move here. If you’re looking for a place with a great location, amazing management, and a real sense of community, this is it. I totally recommend it!

Great service - great place to live

Charla is thee best! She really helped me from beginning to end and made this whole experience a breeze — The apartments are modern and chic great for working professionals or families.

Great place to live

Have been living here for almost 2 years and overall it has been great. The few times we needed maintenance on our apartment they were great and showed up quickly. Gardens are well maintained too. I do have to say that take a LOT of time to set up the complex amenities: they took about 1 year (or even more?) to reopen the gym, they decided to renovate the pool right before summer last year and that business center that is mentioned here I am not sure if it exists yet. Nor does that movie room or... a few other places shown on these pictures.

Great living at Chestnut Hill!

Living at Chestnut Hill apartments was great! Everybody is so nice and friendly and very welcoming. Neighbors are very caring and relaxed.
Francesca, the manager and her assistant are amazing. Never a problem with management, they were always ready to help and solve any issue. Francesca is the best property manager I have had.
Front desk attendants were always so helpful, polite and kind, especially Maria and Tim.
The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of the maintenance team, they... can have a bit of an attitude at times and there is definitely room for improvement there.
Other than that, Chestnut hill is definitely recommended.
