They are incredibly kind and always attentive to any request or need we have. They have been very diligent in addressing and repairing any issues in the apartment. We truly feel supported and well taken care of. Thank you for making our home a much more comfortable and pleasant place!"

I recently went to tour this complex ( water pointe not edge , also confusing ) based on an apartment I saw listed for $1299 and available 12/10. It was not available, they are rushing through renovations. Horrible smell in the building , elevators feel like they are about to give out any day now . To charge $1400 and up for 500-600 square ft and the building needs so much work should be criminal . Also you’ll be listening to them fix this place up for atleast the next year inside your apartment... . Don’t waste your time . Waters edge is nice don’t be fooled by waters pointe the old retirement old building in the front of the complex . Ben who gave me a tour was very nice but that’s it . Lee mas

As a new resident here at Beacon Pointe, I definitely disagree with the ratings it currently has. When you first walk in, the lobby feels super cozy with numerous chairs and a warm atmosphere. You'll notice right away the social area that is open to all residents, it has a full kitchen station for entertaining, multiple comfy sofas and chairs, televisions, and even a pool table. There is a nice gym in its own area with multiple quality machines, many that there are doubles of. There is also a... pool that is shared with the Water's Edge apartments from behind the building (both locations are ran by the same people). The staff has been nothing less than awesome so far, completely respectful and helpful, especially the manager Sophia. She has been a complete joy to work with right from the start. From day one, she has helped with everything I may have had a question or problem about without skipping a beat. She is a breath of fresh air compared to people I have dealt with in the past elsewhere, she is super easy to talk to and it is obvious that she actually cares and is always trying to make things better. I am looking forward to continuing to be part of the Beacon Pointe community for the foreseeable future. Lee mas

Please please please save yourself headache and money and DO NOT rent here. Management is HORRIBLE, they are irresponsible, rude, and do not give a crap about their tenements and their well-being. I have had theft occurred multiple times and management refuses to do anything about it. This place is not safe, expensive and FAR from luxury.

As soon as you walk into Beacon Pointe you are greeted with a club room which has tv's, a kitchen area, couches and a pool table that is available for use by all tenants and is across from the manager's/leasing office. Down the hall there is a small but efficient gym that has high quality equipment(there's 2 of almost everything). There are (2) elevators in the building which were a huge help on move-in day. There is a community pool which is shared with Water's Edge townhomes(same owners).... Everyone is always friendly. Tons of lounge chairs too! It should be noted that your key fob is your golden ticket to everything, the front and back door, the club room and the gym all require a swipe of your key fob to be allowed entrance. Security is a top priority and is achieved nicely. So, onto the good stuff... As soon as you walk into (my) apartment you are overcome with the beauty of the dark solid cherry wood, the marble countertop and the island(it even has a built in outlet & tons of extra storage)! There's a dual lazy susan(who doesn't love those?), dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. To your right there's an oversized half bath where the oversized washer and dryer is tucked away behind two doors. There is a pantry and coat/storage/linen closet on each side of the door that leads to the half bath. The living/dining room boasts oversized(I'm beginning to see a trend here...) windows that slide vertically. My cat loves sitting on the windowsill and watching the birds(you're allowed (2) cats with a $250 deposit each). Walk into the bedroom and you'll notice this too is oversized. There is a HUGE walk-in closet and a master full bath. There is a 3rd, equally as oversized, window in the bedroom. There are two trash/recycling rooms on each floor for convenience. The 84 bus runs along State road which is a short 5 minute walk from the actual building of Beacon Pointe. There is a train station just another 5 minute walk from there. Wawa is 5 minutes in the opposite direction and sits next to a 24 hour gas station. Beacon Pointe living has been one of the best decisions I've made. You will not be disappointed. Lee mas
