Arbors at Windsor Lake Apartamentos

Unlivable is an understatement to describe the conditions of these apartments. Leasing office is extremely unorganized and inattentive. They advertise to have a pool but that pool was not operating for over a year. They allegedly have a gym that none of us have seen before as well. There are roach infestations, no pest control. There were roaches EVERYWHERE when I moved in. I had pest control less than five times although they advertise that they come each Friday. There was a time a rodent or... something of that nature was stuck in the vent in the bathroom but ended up dying and left a horrible odor. AC didnt work the whole year and they’ll never get an HVAC tech to check it out. Instead they put a weak portable window AC in unit as their quick fix after MONTHS of maintenance requests. Whatever your maintenance issues are it’ll take at least a month to get addressed and it’s always a quick fix or they’ll mark it as complete in the portal without actually coming to address the issue. I had mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling due to a busted pipe that they did not fix. It would leak onto the sink and they just plastered over it. I had to follow up for my security deposit back and they continued to add charges to my account up to two months after my lease ended. Extremely disorganized and such clerical errors can mess someone up later on. It took me two months to get them to close my account and send a final statement, which I had to contact them for every week. They respond to negative reviews reassuring assistance but it’s for theatrics. Nothing truly gets addressed, you’re better off living anywhere else. Lee mas

I only had to give you one star because I had to pick a star otherwise it’ll be zero stars. Everything that is advertised is falsified guaranteed that has been for a few years. This property is so disgusting. It’s false advertising. Nothing works here. It’s never a gated community as a gate has not worked in years. You do not have a pool it’s nice and green. You don’t have heat. You don’t have AC And you don’t have caring anything here save your time and move elsewhere. Otherwise you will... regret it when you sign an NO LEASE!!!! Lee mas

I honestly never wanted to write reviews like this but atp it may be the only way to get things right around here. Lived here since December 2022 and haven’t had pest control since February or 2023. I’ve put in MULTIPLE maintenance requests for clogged drains, ac, air filter changes as well as pest control that have either not gotten resolved or was marked as completed when it really was not. AC is set to 73 but it’s 81 degrees in my unit. I’ve been patient and lenient with the office but they... clearly don’t care because I’ve even went to the office and requested things and it’s been WEEKS with no resolution. nothing gets done around here. Pool has never opened since I moved here. They upped my rent MID least over $100. This place is full of it and would never recommend anywhere to live here. Lee mas

There are a list of complaints that I can give this place. They advertise this amazing "Gated" community, however, that is in fact a lie! I have been here two years and they finally get the gate working for 2 weeks. The entrance gate works, however, there is a giant pothole you have to destroy your car with as you try and scan in. The exit gate is destroyed and remains open. This enables everyone to just run through the exit gate to enter the residence while almost causing a wreck with people... trying to exit. The pool has never been open in the past two years. And on top of all that, they have a bad roach problem. Why are we paying for a "luxurious" complex when we do not get what is advertised. You might as fix your own issues because they ignore work orders and let issues go unfixed for months. Lee mas

Unfortunately I Absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone live here! The staff / maintenance makes it uncomfortable to live here. They have no knowledge of the things needed or thing's broken. Every tenant deserves great/ swift guaranteed service. Our rent/ bills are demanded monthly, at a specific time, so why can we get that same expectancy regarding work orders? My AC has been out since the end of May 2023, dated appliances, sink has constant dripping, bathroom lights continues to go etc. Help is... needed at this property ASAP! Lee mas
