The Wesley South Apartamentos

I was looking to rent and stopped by Ivy Ridge to look around. The minute I stepped from my car I could smell the dog poop. I'm not exaggerating! It was a 75 degree sunny day and all I smelled was dog poop. I walked very carefully as best I could stepping around huge piles of dog poop every 4 or 5 feet. I could hardly believe my eyes and nose. I can imagine how the smell must travel into the open windows of the tenants that live there. I talked with someone outside the building and asked about... the problem. They said they were very disappointed to pay a lot to live with these conditions. The poop is everywhere you step. I couldn't get away from the smell. I feel sorry for the lawn maintenance people to have to walk in that. I'll bet the city of Easley would have a problem with those unsanitary conditions. I suggest management put up dog cleanup stations with bags and trash cans in certain areas to provide easier access to clean up. The problem is the worst I have ever seen! Lee mas

My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we absolutely love it! It is so peaceful! It feels like it is way out in the country since it is not on the main road. The apartments are very bright and open as well, and the main bedroom is huge. The bathroom counter tops are gorgeous, they have blue and gold crystal specs mixed into the granite. The ceilings are very high making the rooms seem even bigger. The deck is large as well, I can fit my 8 foot hammock on it and still have walking... room. I definitely recommend these apartments :)! This property is NOT pet friendly. They do not provide an area or disposal area for pets. You cannot allow your pet to use the restroom where they NEED to. Only on a small hill away from the complex. I do not recommend if you love fur babies!!!
